These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the credit profile consulting and education services (the "Services") provided by Prodigy Credit Solutions ("Prodigy," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site, booking a consultation, or enrolling in our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Prodigy provides credit profile consulting and education intended to help you understand how lenders evaluate credit, strengthen your credit profile, and position yourself for funding opportunities. We do not lend money, we are not a lender or broker, and we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

2. No Guarantee of a Specific Outcome

We do not and cannot guarantee any specific credit score, funding amount, approval, or outcome. Funding amounts referenced on our website, including $50,000 to $250,000+, are potential opportunities, not promises. Results vary and depend on your credit profile, your effort, decisions made by third-party lenders, and other factors outside our control. Any examples are illustrative and are not a promise of your results. This is separate from the money-back guarantee described in Section 6.

3. Your Right to Dispute for Free

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your own credit reports directly with the credit bureaus, free of charge. You are not required to use a credit repair organization. You may cancel your contract with us, without penalty or obligation, within three (3) business days of signing, as provided under the Credit Repair Organizations Act.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful information and documentation.
• Forward correspondence you receive from bureaus or creditors in a timely manner.
• Not authorize us to dispute information you know to be accurate.
• Maintain your own copies of your credit reports and records.

5. Fees and Payment

Any fees for the Services are set out in your written service agreement before you enroll. Consistent with the Credit Repair Organizations Act, we will not charge you for services before they have been fully performed.

6. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you actively use our Services for sixty (60) days and see no improvement to your credit profile, you may request a full refund of the amounts you have paid to us for that service period. To qualify, you must have met your responsibilities under Section 4, including providing required documentation, forwarding correspondence you receive, and following the plan we provide.

This guarantee does not apply where progress is delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control or where inaccurate information was provided. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected].

7. Cancellation

You may cancel the Services at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future work; it does not obligate a refund except as described in Sections 3 and 6.

8. Third-Party Services

We may reference or integrate third-party tools (for example, credit monitoring providers or scheduling software). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prodigy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date.
